Design and own the services that keep settlement running under load.
You'll join the money-movement team responsible for the ledger and settlement services at OneJobs. We process millions of events a day, so you'll be working on systems where correctness and low latency are product features. This role is part design, part debugging the messy edge cases that only appear at real volume.
What you'll do
- Own services end-to-end, from API to persistence
- Raise the bar on observability and incident review
- Mentor two to three engineers on the platform team
- Collaborate with the product team on roadmap trade-offs
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production backend services in Go or similar
- Strong grasp of PostgreSQL and distributed systems
- Comfortable being on-call for the services you own
- Clear written communication — English fluency required
