OneJobs stores the account and application information needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information.
Information we store
Account details, profile information, saved jobs and application records are stored so candidates and hiring teams can use the platform. Uploaded resumes and company logos are kept with their related account records.
How information is used
Candidate information is shared with a hiring team only when the candidate applies to that team’s role. Recruiter information is used to manage company profiles, roles and applicant review.
Account requests
Account holders may request access, correction or deletion of their stored information through the site administrator.
