You'll own the operating rhythm for 60+ clinicians: staffing, productivity, quality reviews and regulatory readiness. It's a role for someone who can hold a high bar without turning the team bureaucratic.
What you'll do
- Own staffing models and scheduling quality
- Lead quality and compliance reviews
- Work with engineering on care-tooling requirements
- Coach team leads and help resolve escalations
What we're looking for
- 7+ years healthcare operations, 3 in leadership
- Familiarity with telehealth regulatory basics
- Comfortable with data — you interrogate numbers yourself
- Track record of calm, decisive improvement work
