What you'll do
- Own project resourcing and capacity planning
- Keep tools and repositories in order
- Run studio ceremonies and knowledge rituals
- Own onboarding for new teammates
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in operations, project or studio management
- Meticulous with systems and follow-through
- Written fluency in English
- Interest in creative and design contexts
