You'll run a performance marketing budget across paid social, search and lifecycle email, and own the experiments that make it compound. The growth team is lean; your work ships with the product team.
What you'll do
- Own paid channel strategy and budget optimisation
- Run a structured CRO programme on the storefront
- Design lifecycle email flows that increase retention
- Report crisply on what worked and what failed
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on with Meta, Google and lifecycle tools
- Comfortable with experiments and honest measurement
- Merchant/marketplace experience is a plus
