OneJobs' operations console is the command centre for settlement. This role is about turning dense financial workflows into interfaces people can trust at 2am. You'll work directly with the head of product and a handful of engineers.
What you'll do
- Own the design of the operations console
- Build and maintain our internal component library
- Run lightweight research with real operators
- Ship handoff-ready specs for the engineering team
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product design, ideally on complex tools
- A portfolio showing density done well
- Comfortable in Figma and with design tokens
- Empathy for people doing high-stakes work quickly
