- Run lightweight research with real operators
- Ship handoff-ready specs for the engineering team
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product design, ideally on complex tools
- A portfolio showing density done well
- Comfortable in Figma and with design tokens
- Empathy for people doing high-stakes work quickly
