Every decision at OneJobs — from treasury position to product roadmap — runs on data we produce. You'll own pipelines from source systems into our warehouse, establish data contracts, and partner with analysts to make insight fast and trustworthy.
What you'll do
- Design the warehouse schema and data contracts
- Operate and improve DAG-based ingestion
- Build tooling that makes pipelines observable
- Review and mentor mid-level engineers
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Expertise in SQL, dbt and a modern warehouse
- Exposure to streaming and event-driven architectures
- A bias for boring, reliable solutions
