What you'll do
- Conduct structured telephone/video triage
- Escalate acutely unwell members to the right level of care
- Document encounters and update care plans
- Participate in team huddles and peer review
What we're looking for
- Active RN licence in at least one US state
- Minimum 3 years in acute or primary care
- Calm, structured judgement under time pressure
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms
